The agency's team consists of experienced professionals, as follows:

Ginka Maistorova

Ginka holds master degree in Law from Technical university of Varna, 1997 She is a founder of Our family. She represents the organization and is responsible for the adoption procedures and for the realization of the humanitarian projects. She speaks English. Responsibilities: Advising the families through their home study agencies on the adoption process in Bulgaria, receiving and examination of the adoptive couples' dossier, submitting the dossier and all necessary documents to the Ministry of justice, receiving all necessary documents on behalf of the family, supporting the families in their contact with the child, representation of the families before all institutions and diplomatic and consular representatives in Bulgaria.

Alain Rumenov Tomov

Alain holds master degree in Law from New Bulgarian University, MA in EU law from University of Nancy II, France and a bachelor's degree in economy. He is a founder of Our family. He has been member of Sofia Bar Association, since 2006. He represents the organization.Alain has worked for many years as a lawyer for a non-profit, accredited organization for international adoptions, and he provides legal representation before the Court in the terms of procedures . In Our family, he ensures the legal representation of the adoptive families before the Court.

Desislava Petkova Bojkova

Dessislava holds bachelor's degree in "social work" - 2006, Master's degree in "psychology" - 2010. Member of Bulgarian Association for Psychotherapy (BAP) and the Society of Psychologists in Bulgaria. Specialization in Counseling Psychology in 2010. From 2010 she works as a psychologist. She has rich professional experience in advising prospective adoptive parents, post-adoption process and resolving psychological problems of the child during the post-adoption period. Responsibilities: Preparation of the prospective adoptive parents, post-placement supervision and support of the families, participation in humanitarian projects

Nina Ilieva Konova

She holds master's degree in medicine. She has specialized in "Pediatrics", 1997 and in "Children's Cardiology" - 2003. She worked in City Clinic - Kozloduy as a pediatrician and in University Hospital - 2003. She has worked in Hospital "Lozenetz" since 2005. Responsibilities: Providing the prospective adoptive parents with information about the health condition of the adopted child, participation in humanitarian projects.
